Rental Agreement
For a fee of 20% per booking, Jávea Homes and Villas will:-
- Arrange cleaning and laundry prior to arrival
- Provide welcome packs
- Meet the guests and take them to the property
- 24 Hour Call-out service
- Clean the property after the rental period
- Launder all linen and towels after the rental period.
The owner must maintain the property in good condition, being their responsibility and to their cost the maintenance of the garden, pool and house although Jávea Homes and Villas can assist in providing personnel to carry out the maintenance, if required.
There must be two sets of bed linen for each bed and two sets of towels (a set consists of one hand towel and two bath towels) per person.
There must be a complete set of kitchen utensils.
If Jávea Homes and Villas are not exclusive agents for the property it is the owner’s responsibility, and to their cost, to have the property clean and fully equipped before each rental period.
Having received the deposit, under no circumstances can the owner cancel the booking and, if they do so, they will be liable for the cost in full of alternative accommodation.
The owner will receive outstanding payments at the end of each month.
The owner must leave two sets of keys with Jávea Homes and Villas
If Jávea Homes and Villas are acting as a referral service on behalf of the owner, they will receive a fee of 10% for any booking made as a result of any introduction through Jávea Homes and Villas.
