Advertise your Property
If you would like to advertise your rental property with us we have several options:
| 1. | We would be happy to take on your property providing a full management service to include processing bookings, cleaning, laundry, garden and pool maintenance, welcome packs and a meet & greet service.The cost for managing your property will be 20% of the booking fee. |
| 2. | Advertising your property, processing bookings and then passing to you to complete the process directly with the client.The cost for processing bookings and then handing over to your management team/cleaner will be 10% of the booking fee. |
| 3. | For a small fee we will advertise your property and then pass all enquiries direct to you for processing.The price for simply advertising your property with us will be 50€ for one year or 80€ for two years. |
